"The time capsule in Coatbridge, is very well know, and is loved by all that go there, it is on the to do list of just about everyone visiting Glasgow or the greater Glasgow area, there is something for everyone to do in the time capsule, why not start of with a nice swim in there large pool, or my favourite go for a swim in the wave pool, but if you are more into the pool ride then this is also the place for you as the have two 100m flumes, a rubber rind ride a T-Rex and serpent snake ride, look kind of scary but what a ride, then go ice skating if you know how to do it go for it if not why not take a skating lesson, they even have times for small children of 2 – 5 years old to go with a parent so there aren't a lot of people around to harm them. Then you can take some time out to have lunch in there wonderful café, and after this why not play some sports like football, hockey, badminton or basketball, if these are to active for you then why not play a nice game of table tennis. And when you are done why not wind down in the health suite which has a sauna a steam room and a Jacuzzi. If you have children with you between the age of five – eleven why not take them in the Adventure zone, which is a multi-level play area where they can climb around and burn of all there extra energy. For children aged eight to sixteen they have a junior fitness zone where they can work out using equipment designed just for there age such as resistance machines, bikes, weights, and other such things, they also have a plasma TV and a lot of really loud music"
