"Within this idyllic picturesque little town stands this 1920s Cinema which has recently been refurbished to its former art deco glory. It has an attractive proscenium arch framing the screen and a stage from which the the picture theatre's host gives an entertaining little introduction to the movie before hand. There is the choice of sitting in the normal auditorium or at the front lower level is a small lounge bar area with comfy seats and classy dining area.

At the theatres front there is a beautiful restaurant in keeping with the art deco theme. Most nights there is a cabaret pianist and sometimes nights from Berkhamsteds resident award winning jazz legend Mike Garrick."
