"Fresh, healthy food at part of this small but popular restaurant chain. Very busy place for Brunch at the weekend, great location if you want to go shopping in Spitalfields.

FOOD:
Breakfast £6.95 if you go for the full brunch plate. Vegetarian option available. Good quality bread and mushrooms, very healthy, as far as brunch goes!
They will make variations if you ask (our party included a vegan and a coeliac!) but when they are busy make sure you remind them!
If you aren't that hungry, go for the scrambled eggs or pancakes.

If you are going for lunch there is a wide selection of food from different cultures – humous, sandwiches, wraps, stir fry and noodles, veggie burgers, Angus beef… Something for everyone, including vegetarians.

DRINK:
Tea served in an interesting teapot.
Smoothies served with giraffe shaped plastic stirrers are delicious. £3.25

LAYOUT:
Tables inside or semi-outside (as part of the covered market area).

WHO:
Perfect for friends out shopping at the weekend.
Suitable for families – there is a kids menu.
Not really a romantic setting for couples.

COST:
Not the cheapest place to get breakfast, but the long (but fast) queue on Sundays shows it is worth it.

Short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Great location next to Spitalfields market for food, clothes, jewellery etc including gluten free bread and vegan cake mmmm!"
