"The Sole Mio restaurant has a lively feel and is popular place to dine. Many of the staff are Italian we found them very friendly. We went for a birthday meal and the staff were very helpful and polite. They went out of there way to make us feel welcome, even offering to take photo's for us to make sure we were all included on the snaps.

There is a wide range of Italian dishes to choose from as well as a large wine list. They serve everything you would expect from an Italian and quaitly of the food is amazing. I went for a simple pizza but it was as good as I had had in Italy.

We had gone for a birthday celebration and as a treat when the desserts were been served the waiter brought the birthday girl an ice cream with sparklers on and sang happy birthday it was a really nice touch. Although some may have found it embrassing we thought it was lovely.

Roughly the price per head was 35 pounds for 3 course and wine although this could vary depending on what you order.

Sole mio located in the Imperial Arcade in the heart of Huddersfield town centre. It is roughly 2 min walk from the Bus station just walk out from the front of the bus station head down towards the town and your sure to spot the Imperial arcade the Sole mio is on your left as you enter the Arcade.
