"Dalby forest is owned by the forest commission and has a 9 mile drive around the forest. The drive passes through several places to stop and set up for picnic or barbeques (only permitted in the BBQ areas). We headed for 'Adderstone Field' where there were masses of space for kids to play freely and safely. Whilst the BBQ was lighting the kids played with footballs and kites and the best time ever. Also at the site was a play area, where there were unusual attractions for the kids - which theyf ully loved. There are alos miles and miles of walking and cycle trails all marked according to your ability (cycle hire is also available). A fantastic day out and excellent value for money."
