"This is an goregous end of terrace cottage set in the heart of an unspoilt village that is in a conservation area which borders the national nature reserve of Slapton Ley, the largest freshwater lake in England, and is only half a mile from the glorious 3 mile shingle beach of Slapton Sands. There is something here for everyone from fishing, walking, enjoying the beach and magnificent scenery, to excellent dining in the two village pubs. Little Pinebrook is charmingly decorated with great taste and has a large secluded rear garden. Cottage consists of a charming living room, comfortably furnished with two sofas, a rug on the tiled floor, flat screen LCD TV with Sky, DVD/CD player, dining table to seat 4 and wood burner. There is a well equipped pine kitchen with ceramic electric hob, built-under double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, freezer and washer/tumble dryer, breakfast bar and stools and lots of exposed beams and good lighting. The charming double bedroom has anattractive, white wrought iron bedstead (5ft 6in), stripped pine floor, exposed ceiling beams and ornamental fireplace. There is also a small twin bedroom with 3ft beds that can be zip linked. Upstairs is completed by a pretty bathroom with stained glass window, roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC."
