"Deep sea world can be found under the famous forth Rail Bridge, only 20 minuets from Edinburgh. This is on the list of my children's favourite places to visit. They could just spend hours looking at all the different kinds of sea life, they seem to prefer the winder range of small colourful fish, where as my favourite part is going on the conveyor belt which takes you through the underground tunnel so you can safely walk with the sharks as they literally swim around and above you it really is a great experience, they also have a selection of frogs which the children loved to watch jumping around, deep sea world really is a great place for a family outing I don't think that you could possibly be to old or to young to enjoy this place.

Other interesting facts about deep sea world is that they have 30 different kinds of coral reefs, you can see a recreation of the remnants of the villages destroyed by the volcano mount kraktoa.
You can experience a day in the South African rain forest, with the sounds of all the animals that live there surrounding you.
You can also watch as the divers had feed some sharks

So of the animals you can see here are, the
Sharks
Piranhas
Frogs
Stonefish
Lionfish
Rays
Clownfish
Sea horses

And this is just a very small list of the over 2,000 different species that they have for you to see.

Deep sea world is open all year round from 10am douse have a small admittance charge but it is well worth it for the experience, they also have a range of events on through out the year such as the pirates weekend, the shark awareness weekend and many more.
