"If you follow the harbour around Padstow and proceed round passed the clipper restaurant. Then you proceed up some stairs to another café. Proceed straight on it's a rather steep climb, then through a grassy area. Then you will pass a large monument. Continue on the path and cut down where you think would be most appropriate.
It's a stunning beach with real quality sand. Dogs are allowed on this beach however, it's very clean no dog dirt or anything it's beautiful. It can be quite a challenge getting onto the beach you have to climb down many rocks. The further on you go the easy or you could cut off before the monument down to the harbour there is a sign. Then walk on the beach to a desired area you like.
It's incredibly scenic you can see over the beach to another beach just across. Speed boat trips run from Padstow harbour across this beach and it's an awesome sight. Also Along with many other types of boats. An easy and fantastic day out highly recommended for anyone no matter what your age.
When the tide comes in it will come fully in and you will need to scram from the area the tide comes in at 12, 3 and continuously every 3 hours so try go early or in-between the three hour times when the tide is out."
