"West midlands safari park was an excellent day out for youngster and adults. It has all the cute animals and the safari to keep the younger kiddies happy and a huge theme park with a great selection of rides for the older children and adults. On the main safari there is a huge selection of animals to see from elephants and giraffes to wolves and wallabys. You dont even have to have your own car as the is a bus tour that can take around the safari. The safari itself is a very scenic journey through different animal kingdoms of which you can open your windows in some areas to feed some of the animals.Allow about an hour for the safari drive.there is a seal theatre where there are several shows put on a day,with seal/sealions showing of there skills,this is great fun to see! There is also a large aquarium a bat cave and a reptile house.the park has resturants and fast food stalls ,sweet shops and snack bars,plenty of choice for all. one of the cafe also has an indoor play area for the kids,so you can put your feet up for a while and let them play.The theme park is open all day but has to paid for separatly from the safari enterence fee. Daily wristbands that allow you unlimted rides are £9.75 or you can purchase seperate tokens for the rides at the kiosk.
the safari park costs 7.50 each in winter season and 10.50 in summer.Opening times vary depending on the season(plaese check the sirte for details www.wmsp.co.uk/home_opening.)
The park is located at Spring Grove, Bewdley, Worcestershire
From Birmingham: Take the main Hagley Road to the Quinton Expressway A456 through Hagley and Blakedown following Safari Park signs through Kidderminster to Bewdley.

From the North (Liverpool/Manchester): Take the M6 South, leave on exit 8 and join the M5. Take the M5 to exit 3 and follow the A456 through Kidderminster to Bewdley
From the South (Bristol): Take the M5 North, leave on exit 6 and follow the A449 to Kidderminster. Take the A456 to Bewdley
I would definatly recommend this as a great day out for the whole family."
