Out and about in Paisley during ChristmaPaisleyRenfrewshire, Scotland Central & Stirling Review added: 20/10/2008 21:45 By: Helmet (£0.00 earned from reviews) Earn £££'s
"During the festive period in Paisley, I would recommend visiting Paisley Abbey and Paisley Town Hall just to see the Christmas lights. They are both right next to each other so it's literally a 30 second walk between them. Got kids? There is a Fun Fare next to the Abbey with children's rides and side shows. While all this is happening, the Christmas lights are twinkling away. The Paisley Piazza Shopping Centre always has a 'Santa's Grotto' for the younger children.
For dining, Go to Carlito's: Italian and Tapas. But for a great Christmas dinner, try The Abbey Hotel. It is isolated away from the town centre but is a 10-15 minute drive from the centre." | |
