"If you are looking for a fun packed day out for young children (2-10), I highly recommend Fishers Farm Park to you.

This lovely family run farm park is a winner of the 'Farm Attraction of the Year' has an excellent mix of good old fashioned fun on a farm setting. You won't find noisy rides and over commercialisation here so be sure to pay the entrance fee only and not have your kids bombard you with requests for extras.

The farm park has a good balance of adventure play and rides for children. There are separate areas for trampolines, pull swings, climbing frames, tree walks and trails or you could try your hand at ice skating, tobogganing, bumper boats, climbing wall and there is an outdoor pool in the summer seasons.

We found the park to be very relaxed and although it was busy, there was enough space so you never felt crowded. We found a great secret path which led to a play house is the woods which little ones will love.

Don't miss a ride on the tractors, the barrel bug ride and the ghost tractor ride. Adults you'll have great fun too!

Unfortunately we only found the animals as we exited the park which was a shame as you could climb into the pens and stroke the animals. Make sure you build a visit to the animals into the day as it really is a pleasure.

You will pay around £40.00 for a family of four (babies are free) although this is a peak time price so expect to pay less off peak."
