"I actually find the setting quite pretty with Spanish memorabilia all other the place, a few candles here and there and some nice music setting the scene, very relaxing when quiet. Right that's the positive's out of the way.

I have now eaten here on several occasions so there must be something that keeps making me go back…. Yes that would be the cheap 50% off vouchers that bring in the crowds and a friend that always insists on eating here.

Now don't get me wrong the food isn't that horrible and could be described as adequate but I wouldn't say it is particularly authentic and at full price is quite expensive. Although Tapas should be small taster sized portions I find these dishes oddly unbalanced one dish too big another too small and nothing in the middle. The staff all have Spanish cross Yorkshire accents but to be fair have always been attentive and service here is fine although the discount vouchers bring in customers on mass so service can be a little slow at times but they do their best.

It really isn't as bad as it sounds or I would not have visited more than once but the unfortunate thing is I really don't have anything positive to say. I'm not sure what group of people it is aimed at as is too busy and noisy for a romantic night out but not trendy or authentic enough to be a hit with company's after work and for business lunches. I guess Students wanting a nice cheap night out would fit the bill and for this it would probably serve its purpose well.

On the up side if you like quantity over quality then take advantage of the 50% off food and fill your boots, it gets you a lot of food for not too much. A group of 4 of us went a few months ago and ate our way through much of the menu, the bill worked out at around £6-£7 per head which was acceptable for what we had, double this and I would have been very disappointed."
