"I regularly go to Rouken Glen park in glasgow it's a great park with lots and lots to do situated in East Renfrewshire near Clarkston and by thornlibank between Speirsbridge roundabout and Eastwood Toll.. There's the boating pond which is well worth a visit they normally have the pedal boats out and you can go round this massive pond and visit the wee islands all round it great laugh I must add and the boating café is great. The massive kids play area. There's the walled garden which is lovely to look at. There is now a skateboard and BMX park and the cycle tracks aswell which runs through the park and is approx 2 km long. There's lots of areas for long walks annd good for keen ramblers visit the historical the devils staircase and the printers stone. Theres a lovely waterfall you must see legend has it william wallace used to sit by this waterfall. Throughout the year the park hosts many events. There's also the Roukenglen garden centre for the green fingered ones. A cheap fun day out for everyone."
