"Everyone has heard about Blackpool the las vegas of britain. Whatever you think about it or have heard you can still have a great time its very very tacky but I think thats kind of the point of it and thats what makes blackpool Blackpool. I have been a few times over the years my last trip was in July 09. Me and my friend got the train from Glasgow central got a good deal on the train that cost £18 each return and stayed in a b&b that cost £10 a night which was a great deal I cant remember the name of it at all I will try and find out and update. I wouldn't recommend it for a night out the pubs and clubs arnt up to much full of hen and stag parties falling around drunk. What I do recommend is a day at The Pleasure Beach you can buy a wristband and spend the whole day going on all the rides see a show (think this costs a bit more) deals on wristbands on the Pleasure Beach website. The pleasure beach has the pepsi max roller coaster which is meant to be the highest in britain and is a thrill ride there is plenty of rides for all ages and lots of other things to see and plenty of places to eat aswell."
