"very poor.. will not be back.

Service was slow and sloppy, had to ask to order after 30 minutes, then 20 minutes later asked for wine and starters took 45 minutes.. Got "chef's apologies".. but it was 3 cold and one soup.. how can that take 45 minutes - they weren't even full!

" staff and 2 managers spent the whole 2 hours we were there chatting around the fron till/computer. They were all smiles and chatty but seemed completely unaware that we were sat there without service.

Main was very average, veg were underdone and I like them al dente, cauli wasnt cooked. Beef was tough and "well done" lamb was bright pink. Veg option was macaroni which tasted like tinned.

If I can work out how to complain to AA who have given them 4 stars and 2 rosettes I will."
