"Beadnell Beach is a beautiful stretch of beach on the Northumberland coastline. The beach is a few minutes walk from the village of Beadnell and directly opposite the Camping and Caravanning site.
There are some car parking spaces which are pay and display, but as we always stayed on the C&C site I'm not sure how much they are. I would imagine they are on the dear side which is to be expected for a touristy spot. if you're coming from the village the beach is just a short walk over the dunes and onto the beach. It has lovely white sands and tends to be very clean. Dogs are allowed and the dog walkers seem to be good at clearing any mess left behind. There is always somebody walking down the beach, even in the winter and I find it's a fab place for blowing away the cobwebs and really clearing my head. I really love it here. I would also suggest a visit to the beach at Seahouses, just a few miles up the coast and well worth a visit. If you're looking for a place to eat nearby, a visit to The Craster Arms is recommended, located in the village itself it is a really nice place to eat. I have written a more detailed review on it also." | |
