"The Three Horseshoes has quietly built up a reputation for amazing home-cooked quality food with a traditional feel. We often dine there as the meals are absolutely wonderful - really! Usually costing around eight pounds, they include a range of pies, there's usually some sort of fish dish and often something involving local caught game. Everything comes with the same selection of vegetables and potatoes, usually on a large serving dish so everyone can help themselves.
The puddings are amazing, too, though you may find it difficult to fit one in. And while you wait for your meal there's the most peculiar array of things on the walls; ancient advertisements jostle for space with antique farm equipment and Victorian posters showing how to make a cup of cocoa.
The pub also offers bed and breakfast at a very reasonable rate, and usually stocks local ciders and beers. Be aware that the pub can be extremely busy; an indication of its quality and high standing among tourists and locals alike."
