"The medieval village of Little Walsingham, famous for its shrine, also houses the ruins of a priory and beautiful abbey grounds. For three pounds (adults) you get entry to the Shirehall museum with masses of information about the history of Walsingham, as well as entry to the Georgian courtroom. While this part might not be as interesting for the children, it's quite captivating if you're interested in history.
The abbey grounds are sure to appeal to everyone, however. Beautiful fields, tranquil streams and bridges through patches of woodland - there are many different routes to be taken through these enchanting grounds."
