"Jimmy Willies is a converted cellar underneath the White Horse Pub.
It opens on friday and saturday nights until 2am.
The drinks are not the cheapest in here, 1.90 for a short, around 2.20 for a house double vodka, the bottles are 2.50 and the pints are about the same.
Jimmy Willies is tiny. It is not referred to as a nightclub, it's a nitespot.
One good things about it is that it is free too get in unless the are live bands playing and then its around £4.
There is a dancefloor which is fine if you want to dance on a friday night as it is usually quiet but on a saturday night its full to bursting and you are likely to get squashed and more often then not a drink a drink spilt on you.
The is seating for about half a dozen people in the back room. The back "room" also houses a pinball machine but half the time its turned off.
The Dj is good though he always has the newest music and and he is a friendly bloke.
I don't like the place on a saturday night as the pushing and shoving gets too much and as there is only one exit to go out and in you have to wade through people to get there as its at the front of the dancefloor and the bar is at the back.
The toilets are to the side of the dancefloor and its just as bad to get too them and a nightmare when its busy."
