"It seems to me that so many experiences cost so much money... what about when you havent got a lot of money? Well there are still plenty of things you can do ... for free.... I will always remember my first trip to Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, pulling up in the car and wondering what on earth i was doing in this place! However that evening my husband said we were going to go for a walk, and so we did. We walked away from all the noise, the arcades, the people, just walked together along the path by the sea. And as we were walking the sun was setting. On one side we had the huge wind farm that has been built there - now call me strange but i find this very beautiful - and on the other side there was a large boat being taken in to harbour. All around me was the sound of the sea, the waves rolling up on the beach, and a gentle breeze blowing through my hair. I have to say that at that moment i felt totally at peace with myself, totally at peace with the world around me.

It didnt cost anything and it wasnt some extravagent gesture... but it will stay with me forever....."
