"Tywyn is situated in Snowdonia and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and miles of beaches. It is rural, peaceful & pretty and has alot there for those that prefer to make their own entertainment and prefer a quieter place to relax on their holidays.

There are many little gift shops and lovely cafes (I highly recommend Yum Yums cafe on the main highstreet), a swimming pool and gym, a train station to travel up and down the coast and see more beautiful villages and scenery, and, of course, a beach which has even won awards! There are several caravan parks located close to the beach, or hotels and B&B's for the less adventurous!

Tywyn really is a beautiful place to unwind and relax, whether you prefer to lie on the beach and enjoy the sea and sand (Welsh weather permitting!) or climb mountains and go on some hikes and take in the lovely scenery."
