"Brilliant new trendy yet laid back bar, great mood lighting and comfy designer style sofas and even glass chandeliers! They stock just about every spirit I can possible think of and then some, same goes with the beer and ales. Absolute bargain for their mid week menu, two meals for 7.99 including a roast dinner or chilli con carne, plus around 8 others.
Being a trendy bar, Wednesdays are Flirty Wednesdays with cheaper drinks offers and its party night on Saturdays. Another great thing about this pub, that I cant say I have heard of any other pub doing, when you go with your friends and they are buying an alcoholic round, the designated driver receives a free non alcoholic beverage. Practicality and simplicity in one, definitely a relaxing place for a chat and friendly staff with a great service.
Well done Edwards and the refurb has changed the atmosphere into one of the most desired bars in town!"
