That is exactly what you get when you take the Royal Forest OF Dean sculpture trail!
I have walked and cycled through pretty much most of this trail now and its a magical experience especially when they have special events on through the summer season, and of course its all totally free!
Explore the treasures on the flat family safe woodlands, where you can find discovering the distant past of the forest, an exciting adventure for all the family.
The trail shows many aspects of the forest through the years i.e mining and woodland and forest life.
This trail took us a few days to complete but you just walk a bit of it a day, as the whole trail is about 26 miles long!
