"Last year my partner and i went to greatna green for a wedding (not our own!) and found the whole trip an amazing one! WE walked through the tiny villiage of Gretna Green, where some of the various tourist attractions will keep you amused for quite some time!

The museum is an interested place where we actually spent nearly 2 hours of our time reading into the history of Gretna Green and why people used to run away there to get married etc

It is the best £3.50 I have ever spent!

You can also take a walk round the various gift shops where you can buy some really cool touristy gifts to take home to remember your trip!

we spent a few hours relaxing on the lawns outside the tourist centre having a mini picnic and as it was such a nice day it made the day a pleasant and relaxing one, i really would reccomend anyone of all ages to pass by this villiage if they are in scotland and maybe if you feel the time is right, why not get hitched whilst your there!

This is a very romantic little villiage and the magical experience and atmosphere of being there just makes you glow, and you will want to go back time and time again!
