"I once went here with a mate. There is lots to do, and many hotels there to choose from. We went without even booking, we just turned up there, and the staff were very polite. There were no rooms available and they suggested that we go down the road to another hotel. It was very nice, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. It was a very good 3 star hotel. There is a lot to do in Bideford, you could go to watch a film or you could go to the sea, but it can be just a little cold. lol. No seriously this place is packed with things to do, you will never get bored, and then there is a superb shop there. This shop sells all the local produce made in the local area. It really is a great little shop, I believe it was called Marys CornerShop. Its a lovely place to visit. Many thanks. jono simons"
