"Enjoy a visit to the Arts Bar and Grill, which serves modern bistro food in stylish, contemporary surroundings. There is a wide range of dishes, including vegetarian options and the menu changed seasonally. It's located on the outskirts of Chester within walking distance of the park and ride bus service. There is also ample parking, there are mature grounds and gardens, and groups are also welcome, parties of up to 220 can be catered for.

Restaurant L'Endriot

Restaurant L'Endriot(the place) is a small 34 cover restaurant owned and run by chef patron Eli Leconte and his wife Amanda. After working for many years in Paris and Belgium in various Michelin stares restaurants, Eli originally arrived in England to be head chef at restaurant reform in Manchester. Restaurant L'Endriot opened in May 2003. The menu changes with the seasons with several daily specials, in the autumn and winter the accent is on game. The restaurant opens for Sunday lunches, which can be eaten outside on the terrace, from May bank holiday to the first week in September. Bookings for six or more people must be pre-ordered, as all food is made fresh. The cooking is based on traditional French cuisine, but without the 'nouvelle' Restaurant L'Endriot won Cheshire life restaurant of the year for 2004-2005 and possibly more importantly won Cheshire life reader's choice for 2004-2005. Restaurant L'Endriot has a fairly extensive wine list, not only from France but also from Spain, Italy, Portugal and the new world."
