"I'm sure everybody's been to a safari park, but this is the best one i have been to ever, and I really enjoy it. I have been constantly visiting here most summers, with my lovely wife, and my two children. There is so much to do here. I even once came on a school trip here many many years ago. The most exhilarating thing about this place is probably the monkeys. I'm sure you are all aware that they are extraordinary creatures, and very unpredictable. Nearly every time we go, the monkeys try to jump on the cars, and hang on the wing mirrors. I have even seen them pull off wing mirror and the little aerials that are for the radio. They also seem to like to pull off the windscreen wipers, and unbelievably even number plates. There are also many different animals in the park, besides monkeys. There are huge tigers that stroll around the place, and sit on high wooden platforms. The amazing thing is that they leisurely stroll around you cars, there nothing to stop them from getting to you. But one of the most memorable, and probably most scary, was the fact that my son thought it would be funny to try to wind some massive rhinos up. They were sitting at the side of the road, literally around 2 meters from where our car was. The rhinos were getting slightly annoyed by the funny faces, pointing and noises that my son was making at them from the back seat. One got up swiftly, and came right up to the care. They then stared to tip the car, only slightly, possibly 10cm off the floor, before the lovely lady in the jeep played some noises through a loud speaker to make the rhinos go to the wire fence, all the cars behind us quickly overtook and carried on going, amazing stuff. There are also wolves, chimpanzees, flamingoes, tigers, lions, hippo's and giraffes. It is on average an hour drive, or was for us anyway. You can then go and relax at the end of the drive, and sit on the grass with your sandwiches. There are also swan paddles where you can go across the lake, and you can also go to the cafe, whilst the children go and play in the massive activity ark. You can also get something to eat from the onsite restaurant, and there is also an opportunity to feed birds from different countries. These exotic birds will swoop down, and land on your arms or head, to feed on the nectar in your hand. It costs only £1.50 for a pot, and is a truly wonderful experience."
