"There is car parking space on the roadside at the top of the track leading to Strines Reservoir and Brogging. Additional parking a mile further north east along Mortimer Road by the next road junction. Then walk down the side road to pick up our route.
Both route options cover field paths, the waterside, woods and a close look at dams.Fairly easy going on good surfaces. We found this an awesome walk with plenty of routes for you to take.Once again you have freedom to were you want to walk and you decide how long you want to walk for.Once again this walk is not good in extremly hot weather walking is better when the temperature is mild you will have a really good day.Be prepared like we was as your can never trust british weather. Dines dike is overall a fantastic day out and is located in the yorkshire area once again for this you can find plenty of maps to locate this place. Our dog loved the walk as there was no sheep which he loves to chase so he was free from the lead during all of the walk. Superb 10/10 no matter what the weather." | |
