"Situated in giggleswick, right near seetle in sunny yorkshire is the fabulous Harts Head Hotel. Trevor and barbara will geet you at the door and make your stay ever so enjoyable.
This five start B&B is the place to stay if your going to seetle! With rooms being updated and re-furbished every year it always looks new and fresh, no-wonder they are so popular. Around the hotel is acres of sunny grassland and fields perfect for a family outing or picnic. You get a lovely view from the windows to! So while your in your en-suite room you can gaze at the stunning view and local wildlife for hours on end.

All roomsin the Harts head are en-suite which means no more having to go down corrdiors to use the bathroom in the middle of the night! Very handy if you have children. Fully Controllable Central Heating so that you can control the temperature keeping you comfortable in all weathers! Satellite with 6 channels including Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky News, Cartoon Network (keeps the kids happy at night & in the morning! And Tea and coffee facilities so you can have a cuppa whenever you want! They also can access these if you wish Fax machine, garage for bicycles, beer garden with patio for resting after those long walks, and a very pleasant bar lounge area and free onsite parking!

It isn't very dear however to stay here their most popular deal ( which we took out to) is a 3 night stay which starts at just £49 per person. This equals to a staggering £16.33 per person per night inclusive and a full English Breakfast! 1 night in april-to october is £27.50 in a standard room or £29.50 in a premium room ( not on friday/staurday) Theirs aslo a charge of £5 if your dining else were but if you dine inside the hotel a discount of £2 will be taken of your bill!

Dining: The harts head have everything from soup of the day and breaded lobster to sizling duck and salmon steak whatever suits your taste buds i suppose.
We also only provide HOME MADE CHIPS. Every morning the chefs start with raw peeled potatoes and makes them into real chips. Unusual yes, but it shows how of a high quality their food is. They have vegetarian options and there desert menu changes every week. It is best to make a reservation as it has become a very popular place to dine over the years! when we went it was nearly impossible.


For the adults theres a range of real bitter and ale from black sheep and copper dragon to tetley.! Im sure you'll fine something that suits you. It doesn't cost the earth either it cost between £2-£10 per pint.

Theres lots of family activiites near the hotel to so that you dont have to go far from your "home" to have a good time. It Depends on how energetic you are there's walking, cycling, climbing, swimming, riding on trains, fishing, playing golf, shopping, touring..in fact something for everyone. They do tickets for fishing on the river ribble, and for car trips theres Black sheep brewery were you can go and see how beer is made, Theirs morecambe bird sanctuary and for those who love shops skipton castle.

if your traveling from the north west i know this much Take the A65 from Junction 36 of the M6 and follow the road past Kirkby Lonsdale, through Ingleton and on past Clapham & Austwick. Just past the Falconry Centre you will see a left hand turn for Settle. Take this road (the B6480) and about a half mile past Settle Golf Course you will enter a 30mph zone and reach some houses. The Hotel is just past the first houses on the right hand side. Best to ring them for directions to be sure.
