"Sailors nightclub is one of the liveliest nightclubs in Newquay attracting both tourists and locals alike.
Every time I have been there I have had a really good time and partied to the early hours of the morning.
What's the club like?
The club has five bars on four levels all of which are busy but it doesn't take that long to get served. And the bar staff are very attractive both male and female!
Sailors are open every night of the week in the summer months with different events taking place each night. Some of those events are:
Tuesday – Under the Influence – sound tracks of our lives and drink promotions
Thursday night – weekend warm up with DJ and drink promotions
Friday – Girls just want to have fun – Ladies night and various drink promotions.
Saturdays – Passion – arrive early as always packed
Sundays – The wind down zone – normally very busy with locals.
The club is also host to many other nights, weekly promotions that are advertised weekly such as themed nights.
There is a cloak room at the entrance of the club which costs £1 which is worth it as it means you don't lose your coat – just keep hold of your cloak room ticket or you will have to wait till the end of the night to claim your coat.
The Atmosphere.
The club has an amazing party atmosphere, and it's not only full of teenagers! I'm 28 and have an amazing time with my mates who are in their thirty's, so don't be put of by the young girls in the queue not wearing much!
The staff are really friendly as are the security guards, they are soon quick to throw anyone out if they are causing trouble, which is a bonus.
During the summer months the club can get over run with tourists which isn't a problem after all everyone is out to have fun, and its always amusing to see all the stag and hen night costumes!
Would I recommend Sailors?
Well if your into having a good time and dancing and drinking the night away then this is defiantly the place for you.
If your single im sure you will defiantly enjoy yourself as there are normally plenty of other single people up for fun!
If you decide to go just remember that in the summer the queues can get long so try and get there fairly early as the price also goes up after a certain time.
Next door to Sailors nightclub is sailors pub, which is a nice pub serving food throughout the day, and at night has a small dance floor – quite often you can get express entry to the club if you have been in to the pub.
Also look out for people handing flyers out around town with discounts on to get into the club – defiantly worth it. Also have a look at the Sailors nightclub web site as they have a voucher section that is available if you sign up to the newsletter – vouchers include half price entry and drink and food discounts.
Where is it?
Sailors is on Fore street, walk as if you would be heading towards the harbour and you cannot miss it with its bright lights.

The price to get into the club depends on the night and the time of the year, the average price is £4 but can cost more at the weekend during the summer. See flyers for more information.
At the end of the day though if your looking for a top night out Sailors is the place to go, I always really enjoy myself and so does everyone else I go with."
