"York is such a beautiful city, great for long weekends away with the family or with a loved one. A great placet to go is the Jorvik viking centre situated in the heart of York. Here one can see the history of York under the Viking rule.
If u like shopping then there are some great shops. York contains many backstreets called the cobbles (as they have cobble paths). Here you can find beautiful boutiques and classy designer shops. If shopping is not your thing then you must venture down the cobbles as they are a historic landmark of York."
