"The food here is excellent every thing is cooked to order using fresh ingredients no frozen food
There is a huge menu including vegetarian meals including fresh fish from Lowestoft
When I visit I generally go for the carvery which at £6.50 is very good, you can choose from turkey, beef or ham which is carved in front of you from large joints
There is a choice of fresh vegetables green beans Brussels sprouts carrots cabbage and more, roast and boiled potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and a choice of gravy.
They have an excellent children's menu with lots of choices from fish fingers, burgers, scampi chicken nuggets a children's carvery and many more
The prices are excellent you can have a three course meal for about fourteen pounds per person
The restaurant/pub is situated in pakefield just south of Lowestoft right next to the beach ideal for a stroll after your meal
The staff are friendly and helpful and the service excellent
The restaurant is incorporated with a bar so drinks can be had at any time
The restaurant is always spotlessly clean as you would expect (I know some that are not)
If you are in the area give it a go you won't be disappointed"
