Manor Farm Guest House is ideally located in the South of Wells-Next-the-Sea just 5 minutes from the town centre shops, restaurants, pubs and the harbour. The Guest House is also close to one of the best beaches in the UK.
For cyclists the National Cycle Route 1 passes by the Guest House entrance. For walkers we are close to Peddlars way and the North Coast Path. There's sailing tuition available at Oceanus near the harbour. Adults and children can have a go gillying. The area is rich in bird life with raptors, owls, woodpeckers, wintering wildfoul and breeding terns and waders. It is also perfect for a beach holiday with miles of golden sands, dunes and pine forests.
Wells-Next-the-Sea attractions include stately homes, estate gardens, miniature railways, live music and a traditional shopping street.

Nightly Price: £65.00 to £80.00
Single occupancy midweek during low season is £50 per night in the twin or double room.
School age children are £15 per child when sharing with 2 adults.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in rooms 1, 2 and 3 for £5 per night.

Manor Farm Guest House offers luxury accommodation with warm welcomes from hosts Jim and Annette Parkinson.
There are 4 en-suite rooms each decorated to a very high standard with colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
• There's a deluxe room with king size double and 2 single beds sleeping up to 4 adults with video player and variety of videos for all the family.
• The twin room is bright and airy.
• The third room has a king size bed with memory foam mattress to assure a good nights sleep and an upholstered chair bed which can accommodate an adult.
• The Snug is situated next to the farmhouse with en-suite double room on the ground floor with under floor heating and private access.
Relax in the guest seating area while you read a book, watch the fish or plan what you want to see and do in Wells-Next-the-Sea. The front garden has garden furniture which guests are free to use. Cycle storage is also available.
You can enjoy a delicious breakfast cooked as you would like with fresh local and Fair Trade products used where possible. If you have any special dietary requirements just let us know in advance.
