Laurel Cottage is a 4 star Victorian guest house providing Guest Accommodation in Windermere. It retains many of its original features and is set within its own gardens in a quiet area offering you the perfect place to relax while still within a few minutes walk of Windermere Village and short walk to Bowness and the lake.
The 5 en-suite double bedrooms each include en-suite facilities, television, DVD player, wireless broadband, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, hospitality tray and toiletries while the superior rooms include mini coolers and sofas.
If you require a family room or twin room they are available on request. If you're planning a special occasion you can order flowers and we will have them in your room for your arrival.
To help set you up for the day you can enjoy a delicious full English breakfast or for something a little lighter there is seasonal fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, cereals or Continental breakfast. Freshly cooked and using locally sourced ingredients there are free range eggs from Bannerigg Farm and sausages and bacon from the local butcher.
Evening meals are not provided but if the weather is good you can use the BBQ facilities instead of going out.
Alison and Wayne will be there to warmly welcome you to Laurel Cottage and if you are unsure of things to see and do in Windermere, you just need to ask.
