Prices are per week and are inclusive of VAT(where app.) and Linen.
A Housekeeping Deposit of £30 will be made on all bookings. This will be refunded after deduction of metered charges for electricity and for any breakages or special cleaning.
Winter Lets
During the winter months we will let our cottages for longer stays but on flexible monthly terms. If you are moving home and require high quality accommodation close to Exeter, call us for prices.
Short Breaks
Short breaks of three nights are available at two thirds of relevant weekly price.
Extra nights at £65 per night.

Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Ideally located close to the beaches of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Teignmouth and the ancient city of Exeter, Bussells provides thirty acres of farmland with stables and lakes with coarse fishing.
Our large heated outdoor swimming pool, childrens adventure playground and an indoor games room featuring a pool table, table-tennis table, table-football and pinball machine provides lots of entertainment making Bussell and ideal holiday for families with children. The kids can also take Freddy and ET, our tame Alpacas, for a walk!
Bussell Cottages:
Bussells has seven cottages which have been sympathetically converted from 19th century barns to a high standard retaining period feature. Each have separate lounge with colour TV, and a kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted with modern facilities including freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and each cottage has a bath, shower and electric heating.
Fishing at Bussells:
Bussells also offers fishing holidays. Accommodation is provided in self catering cottages with views of the lakes. The cottages have been converted from old barns and offer some of the highest quality family accommodation in the County. (4 stars ETC rating).
Bussells has two lakes and a connecting pond providing an overall water area of approximately 2.5 acres. The lakes are spring fed and vary in depth up to ten feet.
These waters provide an excellent habitat for many fine specimens of fish including carp up to 25lb, bream and tench to 7lb and lots of smaller bream and roach.
