From the A30 travelling West: Follow the M5 to Exeter then the A30 to the Innis Downs junction. Turn left signposted A391, St Austell following the A391 through Bugle and Stenalees for approximately 5 miles to the next roundabout. Take the second exit to the B3274 for the Carthew and Clay Museum ignoring the sign post for the A391 to St Austell. Continue on this road passing the Clay Museum on your right and 1.6 miles ahead passing under the huge viaduct. Sedgemoor Heights is 400 yards on left signposted BED & BREAKFAST SEDGEMOOR HEIGHTS. Pull past the entrance and reverse into the car park if you can, parking as close to or as far from the house as you can. Just walk up the steps and ring the bell to the right of the front door.
From the A390 travelling West: follow the A390 to the double roundabout by McDonalds with the Drive-Thru on your left. Move into the right hand lane turning right towards the town centre. Follow the road up the hill to the mini roundabout and take the first exit left. Follow the road to the T-junction with Sports World in front of you and turn right. Follow the road bending sharply right and looking for the short-term public car park and St John's Methodist Church on your right. After the car park entrance where the road curves to the right, you'll find Sedgemoor Heights 150 yards up the hill, round the shallow right bend on your right. The Bed and Breakfast is sign posted. Pull into the drive in front of the property and if you can, pull across the road to reverse into the car park and park as near to the house or as far away as you can. Just ring the bell to the right of the front door.
From the A390 travelling East: Follow the A390 from Truro towards St Austell. On approaching St Austell down the steep hill at St Mewan, branch off left signposted Town Centre and Newquay. At the traffic lights immediately after continue straight on to the next set of lights and continue straight on again. After a few hundred yards with Sports World on your left, follow the road as it takes a sharp turn left onto Bodmin Road. Follow this road looking for the short-term car park entrance on your right. Sedgemoor Heights is 200 yards past the car park on the right, just look for the big sign. If you can, pull across the road to reverse into the car park and park as near to the house or as far away as you can. Just ring the bell to the right of the front door.

With a private entrance to rooms at the back of the house, Sedgemoor Heights Bed and Breakfast provides guests with a place to relax.
Thoughtfully renovated, the 1820's property still retains many of its original features but modern conveniences to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Through the award winning Mediterranean style courtyard, the three en-suite rooms are well equipped with television, Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities. During the colder months guests can control the central heating separate to the main house.
• Located on the first floor, the Maid's Room is a twin with fully tiled en-suite bathroom and overlooks the courtyard.
• The Nursery is spacious sleeping up to four in one double and two single beds perfect for families and groups of friends with ample storage space. There are en-suite facilities and a high chair and travel cot are also available. For flexibility this room can also be used as a twin or a double.
• On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard is the Butler's Room, a double, decorated in a nautical theme. The en-suite shower room has sturdy shelf seat and pine finish.
Children and pets are very welcome at Sedgemoor Heights Bed & Breakfast. At the top of the stairs separating the Maid's Room and The Nursery, the first floor landing has an original fireplace, games table and a pets picture gallery which guests are welcome to contribute to.
In the morning you can enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast in the elegant dining room in the main house. If you have any special dietary requirements, just let us know in advance and we'll be happy to cater to your needs. Get to know the other guests and enjoying the view over the Gover Valley as you decide what you'd like to see and do during the day.
For those who smoke, the old Wash House has been renovated into an outdoor sitting room with heater and ashtrays for when the weather is cold and wet.
There is private off-road parking in front of the B&B.
