Just 8 miles from Maidstone and 12 miles from Ashford, Grafty Green offers a shop/post office and two 16th century inns. The popular wedding venue Chilston Park is just 5 minutes drive of the bed and breakfast.
'The Most Beautiful Castle in the World', Leeds Castle, can be found just 15 minutes from Foxes Earth with Hever, Bodian and Dover Castle within an hours drive. Chatham Dockyards with its naval history and museums are 40 minutes away and National Trust Properties including Chartwell, Scotney Castle and the Cathedral City of Canterbury are within an hours drive.
If you'd rather go shopping, McArthur Glen Designer Outlet can be found in Ashford 12 miles way, 40 miles away in Dover is De Bradelei Wharf retail outlet and Bluewater Shopping Centre or there are unique old world shops at Tenterden, Cranbrook and the Cinque Port of Rye.

You will be warmly welcomed by Pat and Keith to their detached family home, Foxes Earth in Grafty Green, Kent which offers high quality 4 star accommodation with a Silver Award from the South East Tourism Board.
Decorated to a high standard there are 3 guest bedrooms. Upstairs there is a king size double and a twin bedroom which can be used as a family suite with shared or en-suite facilities. The third bedroom is a king size double on the ground floor suitable for wheelchair access with private facilities. Each room is equipped with flat screen television, DVD player, alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary Molton Brown body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and ironing facilities can be provided on request. Laundry facilities can also be provided – please ask for prices.
Wake up in the morning to a delicious full English breakfast with ingredients sourced from local farms. If you are unsure of what to see and do while staying in Kent, there is information provided in the guest lounge to give you a few ideas.
Walkers and cyclists are very welcome with public footpaths, country lanes, trails and cycle routes close by. Dry cycle storage is available.
There is no smoking throughout the B&B but a seating area has been provided at the front of the house for those wishing to smoke. Ample parking is also available outside on Foxes Earth private drive which is well lit.
Unfortunately with Daisy, the resident cat, pets are not able to be accommodated.
