Cycle hire is available at each end of the trail and there are pubs and cafes.
With a diverse coastline you can walk through tree lined riverside valleys and rocky cliff tops along the 228 mile Cornish coast.

Avoiding Bodmin and Wadebridge take the A30 from Okehampton and exit for Newquay A39 St Columb and Indian Queens. Take the third exit at the roundabout for A39 Newquay and Wadebridge. At the next roundabout take the third exit for the A39 Wadebridge and again the third exit at the next roundabout. At the next roundabout Winnards Perch take the first exit for the B3274 for Padstow. Turn left after 2 miles signposted St Merryn. At the crossroads continue straight ahead and turn left after 3 miles at St Merryn crossroads. Turn right for Constantine Bay with the Treglos brown sign. After 1 mile turn right towards the beach after Constantine Bay stores and you'll find the hotel on your left after 50 metres.
