Oak Cottage has had quite a guest list in its history for being home to Cyril Connelly and Barbara Skelton (one of King Farouk's mistresses). Parties were held in the '50's with guests including Ian Fleming and Noel Cowerd. Now visitors can enjoy the serenity of the cottage and surrounding area.
The self contained guest wing contains 1 double room and 2 single rooms with shared bath and shower (the single rooms are only for friends and family of those staying in the double room). Families are very welcome with young children and we can supply cot, high chair and pushchair if required.
Guests have use of their own living area with colour television, DVD/Video player, dining room, conservatory and garden.
Parking isn't a problem with off road parking available next to the cottage.
