Amersham and Chesham can be found 3 miles from the farm with High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Watford within a 30 minute drive. Guests can relax in the countryside while only being an hour from London airports and 45 minutes from London itself. With access to the M1, M4, M25 and M40 it is easy to explore the surrounding area.
Lee Common is a great place to find restaurants and pubs and we'd be happy to recommend.
The Chilterns have some scenic walks and there are many National Trust properties that can be visited.

Two miles from Great Missenden, Lower Bassibones Farm offers accommodation all year round (except Christmas). There are spacious double rooms with private or shared bath/shower room and has access to a landing and staircase of its own. There are colour televisions in each of the rooms, tea/coffee making facilities, easy chairs and views out over the garden and farmland. Parking is available plus storage for bikes and drying area.
Continental breakfast is included in the tariff sourced locally or homemade produce. With the nice weather, breakfast can be eaten in the conservatory or the kitchen in winter for the warmth. A full English breakfast can be provided by prior arrangement at a cost of £6 per person.
The Barn has been converted into self catering accommodation offered all year round (except Christmas). The open plan design creates a light and airy living area with office area, double and twin rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bath/shower room. The barn has its own private parking area and large garden to enjoy a barbeque or relaxation on the patio while soaking up the sun. Underfoot central heating keeps the barn cosy and we provide linen and towels.
