Ideal for group bookings, Roban House has three double bedrooms (two of which can be turned into twin rooms) and two single rooms as well as an annexe to the house which has a variety of single and double rooms available to book.

The Blue Room, Green Room and Orange Room are the double/twin rooms. Each is stylishly decorated in neutral tones with modern splashes of bright colour throughout the rooms and entire interior of the house. All double rooms are furnished with a bed, tallboy, built in wardrobe, TV/DVD player, writing desk and chair, easy chair, kettle and fridge making Roban House a real home from home. The Blue and Orange Rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with a shower (plus bath in the Orange Room), washbasin and toilet.

The Lilac Room and Yellow Room are single rooms, each furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV/Video and a writing desk and chair. The Lilac Room has a small en-suite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and washbasin. The Green and Yellow Rooms share a large bathroom.

Roban House is cleaned and serviced regularly with all linen and towels provided for the duration of your stay. There is free on-street parking for residents nearby and unlimited broadband WIFI access throughout the House. An attractively designed and furnished kitchen/diner is available for residents between the hours of 8.30am – 9.30am to enable you to prepare and eat your breakfast in readiness for a day exploring everything Bath has to offer. There is also the option for a pre-packed breakfast, which is a freshly prepared and substantial meal.

Hill House Annexe has three double/twin rooms and a single room. Stylishly decorated, the annexe has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and kettle as well as a comfortable lounge/diner that has pretty views across the City of Bath. There is also a payphone available for residents use during their stay. Each bedroom in Hill House has a bed with bedding supplied, TV/Video/DVD player, table and chair plus a clothes rail.

Throughout Roban House and Hill House Annexe you can be assured of beautiful surroundings and high standards of cleanliness, the House is completely non-smoking which will enhance the general feeling of well being a stay in Bath leaves visitors with. Children over the age of 12 are welcome at Roban House making this an ideal place to host an adult's only get together – although this is a quiet House so rowdy and noisy behaviour can unfortunately not be tolerated.

It is a pleasant walk from Roban House to Bath City Centre. Along the most simple ten minute route you will pass the Green Park Tavern, a traditional and friendly pub, and Green Park Brasserie which is situated inside the old Green Park Station where you can enjoy live Jazz music while enjoying a high quality meal and drinks. The old station also boasts an enjoyable open air crafts market from Wednesday to Saturday.

Walking all the way into Bath, you'll find yourself immersed in the culture and history of the City. Theatres, restaurants, bars and, of course, the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms all have their own character for visitors to explore and enjoy.
