Travelling North on A9: turn left to the A924 for Pitlochry town centre. Continue under the arched railway bridge turning right onto East Moulin Road. Turn right onto Tomcroy Terrace at the top of the hill opposite the park on the left and you'll find Ashbank House 100 metres on your right.
Travelling south on the A9: turn left onto the A924, through the town centre on Atholl Road past the Tourist Information Centre. Turn left onto East Moulin Road just after the Acarsaid Hotel. Turn right onto Tomcroy Terrace at the top of the hill opposite the park on the left and you'll find Ashbank House 100 metres on your right.
Travelling west on the A924: continue through the village of Moulin and the Moulin Inn on the right. Turn left onto East Moulin Road and continue along the road passing the school on the right, round the small bend and turn left onto Tomcroy Terrace. You will find Ashbank House around 100 metres on your right.

Ashbank House Bed and Breakfast has a 3 star rating from Visit Scotland for the quality of customer care and facilities provided. Helen and Bob Murr will offer a friendly welcome to all guests staying in the Victorian stone Villa and bright and airy rooms should provide everyone staying there a comfortable place to relax.
The three rooms available should suit a range of guests and include a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double room at the top of the house with private bathroom. Each room includes colour TV, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and enough space for a cot or z-bed. There are picturesque views from each room with the double at the top of house providing views to the mountains from the Velux windows.
A delicious freshly cooked breakfast will set you up for the day with the choice of fruit, juice, yoghurts and cereals followed by a Full English breakfast and tea, coffee and toast. Any special dietary requirements can also be catered for and you may even like to try some of the home baking available. The dining room also has an honesty bar where you can enjoy a night cap from the selection of beer, lager, wine, spirits and soft drinks where you only have to pay for the cost of replacements.
If you need any snacks then we can arrange some for you and if the weather happens to be nice we may even have a barbeque on the patio. The outdoor seating provides a place to relax and enjoy the garden, woodlands and burn with regular visits from the local wildlife including birds, butterflies, deer and red squirrels. If it gets cold you can sit in the conservatory and listen to music, play games or just enjoy the view.
