From the North: Exit the M90 at Junction 1 signposted Inverkeithing/Dalgety Bay and Kincardine turning right along Admiralty Road (A985) and straight ahead at the roundabout with the Indian Restaurant on your left. Take the first right and you'll find Blackmarch House the third house on the right in Norval Place.
From the South: From Edinburgh exit the M90 at Junction 1 and follow the directions above. Blackmarch House is within a few minutes drive after leaving the motorway.

Blackmarch House Bed and Breakfast is situated in Rosyth near Dumfries, a Georgian property renovated to provide 4 star accommodation.
The three bedrooms include two double rooms and one twin room, each decorated and furnished to a very high standard with modern facilities including central heating, TV with Freeview, radio alarm, hairdryer, razor adapter/socket, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities with herbal tea and Scottish shortbread. Each bedroom has spacious luxury en-suite facilities with complimentary toiletries.
In the morning you can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast or a traditional cooked breakfast served 7:30-8:30am weekdays and 8-9am at weekends.
The Guest Lounge offers a place to relax with a book, watch TV or just chat. If you're not sure what to see and do while in Fife, there is a comprehensive range of tourist information and internet access provided. There is free high speed internet access available to guests with laptops or you can use the computer and printer we have available.
Guests taking part in outdoor activities can make use of the secure storage for bicycles, fishing gear, golf clubs and outdoor clothing. There is also a drying room for any wet clothing.
If you need an iron and ironing board, just let us know. There's a laundrette 5 minutes from the B&B if you need laundry facilities.
