At The Exmoor White Horse Inn we can arrange a 2.5 hour safari suitable for all ages. You can discover the best of Exmoor National Park from the moors, valleys, cliffs, coastline and the wildlife including Red Deer and Exmoor ponies. With seating for 8 you all enjoy the safari with driver to tell you about the history of the area.
Exmoor provides a great area to explore whether by car, foot, cycle or horseback with the Devon and Somerset coastline from Minehead to Combe Martin. Hartland Quay, Clovelly and Appledore are famous fishing villages, discover the gardens at Great Torrington and the beaches at Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe. The villages to the East and South are full of history just waiting to be discovered.

Exit the M5 at Junction 25 (Taunton) following the A358 towards Minehead for about 3 miles and turn left along the B3224. After 10 miles you'll reach the Raleighs Cross pub which you should pass and turn right continuing on the B3224. Keep going for 6 miles when you'll reach Wheddon Cross continuing straight ahead following signs for Exford for 5 miles where you will find us on the bridge by the river.

Exmoor White Horse Inn is a friendly family run accommodation with 28 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms. For a special occasion you can enjoy the luxury of the four poster beds within some rooms and The Honeymoon Room where we can have chocolates, champagne and flowers awaiting your arrival. Each room is equipped with colour TV, direct dial telephone, radio/alarm and tea and coffee making facilities with views out over Exmoor.
At the bar you can relax with views out over the river with the fire burning when it's cold for a cosy atmosphere. There's over 100 fine malt whiskeys to choose from or enjoy a Devon cream tea and traditional home cooked meal with generous portions to satisfy your taste buds. In the restaurant you can dine on the 5 course mouth watering menu with locally caught trout, salmon and lobster and organic produce from the local farms.
If you are looking for the perfect location for a social or corporate event, The Exmoor White Horse has conference rooms suitable for up to 100 in a conference style or 90 for a function including Weddings or a party. For full day, half day and evening hire you can be equipped with projectors, screens and free wireless broadband with water and mints provided. For a social event we can supply flowers, balloons and table decorations at an extra charge but whatever the event, we'll do our best to meet your requirements.
