Sleeping only 4 people ensures Birklands House and hosts Irene and David Godfrey can offer luxurious rooms and a high quality service to all guests. With king size beds, en-suite facilities and top quality extras you can enjoy a peaceful and welcoming stay.
The beds have high quality linens and rooms also include remote controlled TV with Teletext and DVD player, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, radio alarm clock and hospitality tray. You can choose a DVD from the collection available to enjoy in your room. In the bathrooms you will find white fluffy towels.
The breakfast room offers privacy with separate tables and a menu to suit a variety of tastes. Ingredients are sourced locally and are fresh with homemade bread and preserves. If you'd rather have a lighter meal than a full English breakfast, there is a range of top quality foods, fresh fruit and vegetarian alternatives. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements too if you can let us know in advance.
There is plenty of parking available for cars and motorbikes and we also have secure storage for push-bikes.
