Exit the M5 at Junction 30 following the signs for Exmouth A376. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to the A376. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit staying on the A376. At the 2nd set of traffic lights take the left to Gipsy Lane and the second exit on the mini rounabout. At the next mini roundabout take the first exit for Littleham. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Salterton Road and at the double traffic lights, turn right after the second set to Sandy Bay. Follow the road to the right over the little bridge and up the hill to the Sandy Bay archway and you will find Devon Cliffs.

Caravan Description
Devon Caravan Holidays own 4 caravans within Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park but as a guest you can enjoy a personal service without the hassle of queuing or parking. Three off the caravans are at the seafront with balconies to enjoy the panoramic views over Lyme Bay. The fourth caravan is located on Sunset View but each caravan has a high standard of cleanliness.
When you arrive at Devon Cliffs we will personally meet you to welcome you to your home from home. With parking available by your caravan there's no waiting by reception and your beds will be ready made up for your arrival.
Devon K99X is a 37'x12' 3 bedroom caravan which will sleep 5 in 2 doubles, a twin and a single. With a Prestige standard the caravan offers double glazing, central heating, veranda, TV/VCR, CD/Radio/Cassette, large fridge with separate freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, outside lights, separate shower and bath, ironing board, toaster, duvets and pillows.
Allerton (K99) is a 38'x12' 3 bedroom caravan which sleeps 6 in a double and 2 twin bedrooms. This caravan has a Platinum standard located between the Devon and Park Lane caravans and includes a region free DVD player, TV with digibox, CD/Radio/Cassette, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, 4 ring hob, gas fire, toaster, duvets, pillows, shower and 2 WCs.
Park Lane (K94) is a large 39'x14' 2 bedroom caravan with en-suite double and second double room. With an Exclusive standard this caravan offers luxury accommodation with veranda, central heating, region free DVD player, TV with digibox, CD/Radio/Cassette, fridge, freezer, washing machine or dishwasher, microwave, oven with 4 ring hob, gas fire, security alarm, shower, corner bath, ironing board and iron, built in hairdryer, toaster, duvets and pillows.
These three seafront caravans have the best views at Devon Cliffs and are in a quiet area still just a few minutes walk from the Main Holiday Complex.
Kingswood (SV2) is one of the longest at Devon Cliffs at 42'x13' with a double and twin room and Exclusive standard. With double glazing and central heating the caravan is warm with parking for one car and views over the complex towards Torbay. The caravan includes TV/VCR/DVD, CD/radio/cassette, large fridge with separate freezer, oven with 4 ring hob, washing machine, microwave, outside lights, separate shower and WC, ironing board, toaster, duvets and pillows. Music can also be piped into any part of the caravan.
Guests are asked to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. Caravans are also no smoking.
