From Norwich, take the A146 to the outskirts of Lowestoft turning right at the first roundabout and follow signs for Pakefield and Ipswitch to the A12. At the large roundabout (Water Tower) take the second exit for Abor Lane.
From London, follow the A12 passing Colchester, Ipswitch and Southwold. 2 miles from Beach Farm you will pass Kessingland dual carriage-way. Follow the A12 past Pontin's to the second roundabout (Water Tower) and turn right (4th exit).
From the Midlands, take the A14 then A143 at Bury St. Edmunds following the A146 directions from Norwich above.
Reception Car Park entrance is just past the McDonalds entrance for all customers hiring caravan holiday homes and lodges to book and collect keys.

Holiday Park Description
Beach Farm Residential and Holiday Park is set within 6 acres of sheltered surroundings offering a family friendly welcome to guests of all ages. The three star Holiday Park offers caravan holiday homes, touring caravan and motor home pitches, camping and lodges.
Caravan Holiday Homes are very well equipped with 2/3 bedrooms, shower/WC, cooker, fire, double glazing and central heating so you can make the most of the colder months and each home has all the home comforts you could need for a self catering break. Gas and electricity are included. Blankets, bed covers, duvets and pillows are supplied but guests are asked to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, waterproof undersheet for babies, towels, tea towels and dish cloth.
There are limited touring caravan and motor home pitches with services – please give us a call for availability and pricing.
The Park has an excellent range of facilities including an outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid May to mid September and the Club is open nightly during peak season and weekends off peak.
