Cambridge Accommodation self catering apartments are situated in Newham village on Derby Street, 18a and 18b opposite the baker. 15a is next to 15 Derby Street to the rear of 31 Grantchester Street near the junction of Baton and Newnham Roads in the bottom left of most Cambridge City Centre maps.
It's just 10 minute walk into the Cambridge city centre over recreation ground with children's play aread and paddling pool. The University Library is also ten minutes walk away. Local shops are all nearby with post office, off licence, delicatessen, general store, butcher, green grocer, chemist, hairdresser and a fish van visits on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

18a Derby Street is a first floor flat sleeping 2-3 people in a double bedroom with a basin and a single bedroom. The self catering apartment has been newly renovated and includes a bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin and a second WC with basin. The sitting room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen is open plan with microwave, electric oven and hob, TV, radio and CD player and full of character with high timbered ceiling.
18b Derby Street has been rated 4 stars by Visit Britain. It is also on the first floor and also newly renovated with an en-suite (shower over bath) double bedroom and a single bedroom. The open plan living area including dining room and sitting room with 3 steps to the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven and hob, TV and video, radio and CD player.
Both self catering flats 18a and 18b share a communal washing machine and a drying room. There is a telephone in each with meter readings arranged on arrival and departure and broadband internet connection. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
The Loft is located at 15a Derby Street and also on the first floor accessed by external staircase. There is one en-suite double bedroom perfect for two or single occupancy with bed made up for your arrival but unfortunately the flat isn't suitable for small children. The fully equipped kitchen includes electric hob, oven and washer/dryer. The sitting area is large and full of light from the French windows with desk, sofa, book shelves and dining room. Telephone readings are taken on arrival and departure and there is broadband internet connection for guests with laptops.
There are no gardens for either three apartments but there is a children's play area nearby and Grantchester Meadows just a walk along the river.
