Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Our stunning top floor apartment at 30 Horizons is finished to a high specification throughout and offers stunning views over the Cornish coastline from its balcony. We have designed the apartment with luxury in mind and this is reflected in the high quality of furnishings and décor throughout.
The modern living room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and matching armchair, plus a simple to use sofa bed. The living area is stylishly open plan with large windows and doors which open out onto the balcony, where you will be stunned by the far reaching view below. Decorated in pale neutral tones this décor attracts the light throughout the day and is broken up by the use of bright coloured soft furnishings and art works. A flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
A modern table and six high backed leather chairs are situated in the living area allowing you to enjoy the views in style whilst eating your meals.
Our large kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances including a large fridge, washing machine, microwave, built-in stainless steel gas oven and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, stereo and a full compliment of cooking utensils and cutlery.
The master bedroom has been designed for comfort and style and features a sumptuous double bed and atmospheric lighting. This bedroom benefits from private access to the balcony where the views are quite simply astounding at night. The en-suite bathroom has a contemporary design with an attractive shower cubicle, WC, mirror cabinet with lighting, wash basin. A heated towel rail and under floor heating adds a luxurious feel to the bathroom.
Our second bedroom features an unusual double leather sleigh bed, which is both attractive and is so comfortable as to ensure a good nights sleep. Modern art prints and lighting provide a stylish ambiance in this beautifully decorated room.
The main family bathroom is situated adjacent to the second bedroom and features a contemporary white suite with bath, power shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and under floor heating. Beautifully tiled in a tan colour scheme, this bathroom is the height of luxury bathing.

Local Attractions
The fabulous Newquay Zoo is a short car ride away from 30 Horizons, giving you the perfect family day out for adults and children alike. See literally hundreds of beautiful animals situated in stunning sub-tropical lakeside gardens.
If you are going into Newquay Town Centre do take a couple of hours to visit nearby Towan Beach, or slightly further afield is Great Western Beach which sits in the shadow of high cliffs giving a dramatic backdrop to your sun bathing.
If you're looking to take part in a more active day out, head for Hot Rock Climbs where you can learn the arts of rock climbing, coasteering or surfing. Activities are tailored to the age and ability of the visitor so you can be assured you won't be asked to do anything out of your comfort zone.
Golf, horseriding, surfing and lots of beautiful walking routes are available near to Horizons so there's no excuse not to get out and enjoy the gorgeous Newquay sunshine.
