Clean and comfortable the annexe is non-smoking and will sleep 2 in the double bedroom with a single pull out bed in the lounge if needed. The kitchen includes gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine and you can enjoy a meal in the conservatory overlooking the gardens and river. There's a bathroom with bath and shower and colour televisions in both the lounge and bedroom.
The bed and breakfast accommodation is non-smoking with each room including en-suite facilities, colour TV, small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There's central heating throughout for a cosy stay whatever the weather.
The river provides a great spot to fish or watch the local birdlife including swans and foxes are regular visitors in the evening with their cubs.
There is ample parking available and full wheelchair access at Amberley.
